What Causes Painful Bowel Movements With Yellow Stool?

Supportive care advised, needs work up and management accordingly.
Detailed Answer:
Thankyou for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. bright yellow is the normal color for stools, however their floating and frequency of ten times a day is not normal. it could be age related functional bowel decline and irritable bowel syndrome like symptoms which may need slight adjustments with diet and lifestyle, reducing fatty foods intake, dairy products, eating small frequent meals, preferring more fiber and taking more fluids minimum of 2 to 3 litres in a day.
And this pain with passing stools is also not normal. So i would suggest go to a doctor, get an anal examination to rule out any local pathology like anal fissure, hemorrhoids etc. Let then do a rectal examination or even colonoscopies if needed and manage accordingly.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
