May I please know a few details:
- Where exactly is the bump?
- What is the size?
- Is the skin above red?

You may post a clear picture, if you do not mind, helps for on-the-spot diagnosis.
From the history you have provided this may be a boil or so and if it is still persistent, may need a small course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
You may apply liquid povidone iodine locally.

The bump is at the lower part of my nut sack it's not any color

This may then be an infected cyst or so.
If infection is virulent, it would have been opened by this time. It is possible that there is only a mild infection and/or inflammation.
A small course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen will certainly help you. Please get a prescription from local Doctor and also get examined so that further treatment can be decided.
