What Causes Painful Bump On Forehead After A Fall?
Question: Hi there, my friend had a fall on Saturday morning and bumped her forehead just above her left eye on the corner of a cupboard. She had a bump immediately afterward, and a bit of a bruise. Today is now Wednesday and she says it still hurts to the touch and a bit above where the bump is on her head, and now she also has a red bruise on her eyelid on the side she bumped. Is this anything to be concerned about? She was fine after it the day it happened and as far as i know hasn't had any headaches or other symptoms and is doing everything normally day to day. Today she had a bit of a watery eye (which she does sometimes tend to get) and said she felt like she had something in it. I doubt this is related but still thought i would mention it. She is 62 years old. Is it normal for her to still have these symptoms? Thank you for your time :)
