Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concerns,
But before I could guide you any further, I would like to know a few related details in order to comment on the line of management:
- How long have you been having this symptom?
- Do you have any associated symptoms like tingling, pins or needle pricking sensation, numbness, swelling etc?
- any history of fall recently?
- are both the legs involved or is it limited to only one particular side?
- is the pains always continuous or does it occur during or after any physical activity?
- any history of diabetes, rheumatoid disease, multiple sclerosis etc?
- have you done any recent blood check up? If so, kindly upload the report.
Kindly revert back with your answers,

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,
From the description that you have provided and with the limitation of me not able to do a physical examination, I would suggest the possibilities:
- Peripheral vascular disease: a condition where the blood vessels get narrowed thereby resulting in poor blood circulation. Treatment can be done after identifying the proper cause.
- Anaemia: can cause leg cramps. Do a complete blood count and look for anemia. If found to be anemic, can start on iron tablets for 3 months.
Meanwhile, I would advice you to continue with Vit B tablets and also take T. ZERODOL-P which will help with the pain or cramps.
Also you can consider taking T. RENERVE PLUS once daily for 2 weeks.
I would also suggest it best for you to consult with an orthopedician for a proper physical examination.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
