What Causes Painful Erection?

Question: Hi,
since last 3-4 month i am getting painfull erection,
the pain is increasing day by day,
also not getting morning erection,
but get proper erection while having sex.
i am married since 6 years.
never faced such problem in my life.
i am having slight bend in penis which never caused me any problem till today.
but sudden pain in erection is causing problem.
attachin all my recent reports,
also done KUB(sonography) which was normal.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have painful erection .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination etc?
2) Do you palpate any lump in shaft of the penis?
3) Did you sustain any injury to your penis when it was erected ?

Please get Ultrasound Scanning of the penis done to rule out scarring of the Tunica Albugenia or calcified plaque (Peyronies disease.)

Please take anti inflaamatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for 2 weeks .
