Brief Answer:
She should be examined clinically.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The tissue that is seen in armpits may not be excess breast tissue. It could be Fat tissue.
It has no relation to pregnancy or breastfeeding.
It may be coincidental.
Please consult a qualified Surgeon and get examined clinically. Ask for FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ). This test will confirm the tissue that is present there.
If it is a lipoma also, it has to be excised surgically.
Before going for cost of the surgery, please confirm exact diagnosis.
It is better to consult a general surgeon first.
If you come back after consultation and with FNAC report, I will clarify further.
Nothing to worry.
Wish her good health.
Regards
