Brief Answer:
Look at your foot wear, it may need a change
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You may be putting a lot of pressure on the sole where the tendons and bones are compressed if you walk on a cemented floor. Probably an extra bit of sole available as silicon gels in any shoe store an would do the trick for you. Actually you should wear very good sporting shoe and walk on muddy track, tread mills are slightly better than cemented floor.
Change this and use it for a week.
