Brief Answer:
consult your operating surgeon, rule out secondary infection, use painkillers

Detailed Answer:
Hey, thanks for your faith in health care Magic.

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.

Sometimes there occurs damage of motor nerves while operating which will later lead to severe pain. So I will suggest you to take oral pain killers and if the pain is severe, I will suggest you to consult with your operating surgeon and get admitted for intravenous pain killers for relief and also discuss the progress of your operated wound and why it is causing pain.

I will also suggest you to rule out any secondary infection as well. I would further like to know what implant was used and which postoperative day you are in so that I can know the exact reason of your pain.
I hope my answer was helpful for you . Thank you.
