Brief Answer:
Needs more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTH CARE MAGIC..

As per your complaint, it seems that you have Oral Submucous Fibrosis that leads to formation of thick fibrous bands below the mucosa of cheeks and lips leading to stiffening and difficulty in mouth opening..

It is a precancerous condition [although not cancer] and should be taken care of.

Please provide the following details so that I can guide you better..

1. How many fingers can you put in the mouth ?
2. Since how long is the problem present ?
3. Due you have tobacco chewing or smoking habits ?
4. Is there problem in taking the tongue completely out of mouth ?
5. Do you have any medical problems or are you on any medications for any reasons ?

Please revert back with answers..

Regards..
