What Causes Painful Lesions On Foreskin?
Question: I have some tiny fissures on my foreskin. It's painful after masterbation or sex. With a burning sensation.

The lesions are not so clear in the attachment. But the lesion does not look like any severe STD type ulcer. For this you need to apply antiseptic lotion like betadine three times a day after cleaning with fresh water. This will help in killing bacteria if any and also prevent infection. so faster healing. Avoid sex or masturbation for couple of days which will give sufficient time for healing. NSAID like aceclofenac will help in relieving pain.
Keep watching the lesion and get self examined at your inguinal region for any lymphnodes swelling.If any change or increase in size or new lesions or lymphnodes enlargement then explain the features to us or get examined once with your doctor for management.

Its dosent look like ulcers. Its tiny tears, like slashes along parts of top of the foreskin. Also is painful not when passing urine, just when retracting the foreskin
