Brief Answer:
Please give additional information
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query about your wife.
To recapitulate: Female/30 - knots in underarms - pains when touched = tenderness - otherwise no pain - wants to know what should be done ...
Please give additional information for me to assist her the best:
- Since when are these present?
- Is it on one side or both?
- Any lump in the breast or the upper limb on the same side?
- Please check whether the glands are XXXXXXX or fixed?
- Is the skin above the glands normal/red/attached to?
- Are the glands fixed to the deep structure/muscles?
Awaiting for your feedback so that we can discuss further.
Please give additional information

Brief Answer:
FNAC/Biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since the lumps are present for one year, I would advise you the following:
High resolution ultrasonography/CT scan and guided FNAC that is fine needle cytology and if required an excision biopsy should be done to get the proper diagnosis to plan a proper treatment.
Regards
