What Causes Painful Lumps On Inner Part Of Foreskin?

Question: hi, I have these lumps on the inner part of my foreskin, and when I take a pee and pull the foreskin back, it hurts, what is the cause of this and how can I get rid of them?

Where do i send a pic to? And it just started yesterday, it doesnt hurt and its not itchy, it only hurts when i got to pull the foreskin back to take a pee

Hi

I have seen the picture and thanks for uploading

I am of the opinion that you have an balanitis.
A user of very mild or diluted anti septic solution or using an antiseptic soap would also aid healing. Soak in warm water along with gentle retraction of the foreskin , daily to keep the penis and foreskin clean.

I would suggest you to apply neosporin ointment for two to three days, if it is bacterial it will respond.
