Electrolyte loss, dehydration or vitamin b12 or D deficiency can be the rea

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. The muscle spasm you described can be caused by excessive sweating or electrolyte imbalance caused by various reasons or vitamin b12 or D deficiency.

So if you get it so often check your electrolytes , calcium , vitamin b12 and D levels in blood. If those then substitution will be helpful.

You can take fruit juices, banana and milk to normalize your electrolytes.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
