What Causes Painful Penis And Frequent Urination?

Question: hi i am having urine problem, i have pain on my penis and frequency of urine, i had unsafe sex, i checked for std but negative, i had ultrasound for both kidney and bladder no stones, i had urine test for drug sentivity and cytology all negative i had fliexable cystoscopy and all normal i am taking many antibitiotics course but still have pain and frequecy of urine, my doctor also checked my prostate through my anus nothing wrong, but y do i still have pain.
