Brief Answer:
Seems to be herpes zoster infection
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
I can appreciate some single blisters as well as grouped blisters.
Is the rash present on one side of the forehead only? If yes it is most probably herpes zoster which is a viral infection.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take antiviral medication like Tablet Valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days along with Tablet Tramadol 50 mg twice daily for 7 days.
I also recommend them to apply topical antibiotic like Mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily. Don't sratch or rub the blisters.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Wish you speedy recovery.

as per present medicine fenera plus contains aceclofenac IP 100 mg, paracetamol IP 325 mg, serratiopeptidase IP 15 mg and other tablet is metaspan dose two times in a day
Brief Answer:
Stop fenera plus if not relieving the pain, can continue metaspan
Detailed Answer:
Fenera plus contains pain killers and anti inflammatory medicines but if you are not having any benefit from it you can stop taking it and consider starting tramadol.
You can continue with metaspan tablet but it doesn't have much benefit in herpes zoster infection.
You will have to take antiviral medication like valciclovir.
