What Causes Painful Redness And Hardness Around My Nipples During My Period?
Question: I have redness and hardness around the nipple area around my periods time. What is the cause of this ? and is this harmful ? It is painful something if this area or nipple is touched upon and after certain days it becomes normal. Not able to understand if this is kind of allergy or hormonal fluctuation around period time or what else ?
