Brief Answer:
Retrograde ejaculation is known after Prostatectomy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.

You have undergone surgery of Prostatectomy for enlarged prostate and now have retrograde ejaculation .

Normally during ejaculation bladder neck gets closed and urethral sphincter opens which helps semen to enter in urethra to get expelled out through urethral opening .

During surgery of Prostatectomy entire bladder neck is resected that results bladder neck to remain wide open which causes semen to enter in to bladder what is called as retrograde ejaculation .

There are no medication that can cure retrograde ejaculation.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you.

Thanks and Regards.
