What Causes Painful Right Shoulder And Scapula With Blood Sputum?

ABPA, GERD, Pneumonia, musculoskeletal pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
You are asthmatic. In an asthmatic presence of pain indicates the presence of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), pneumonia, musculoskeletal pain because of excessive cough, rib fracture. Blood tinged sputum in an asthmatic reminds us the presence of a distinct entity called allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). For this you need to have an high resolution contrast enhanced computed tomography scan (HRCT) of thorax, total serum IgE estimation, aspergillus specific serum IgE estimation, skin precipitin test. serum specific IgG assay, absolute eosinophil count. I think you need to consult a pulmonologist soon to get yourself thoroughly examined and go for necessary investigations to find out the cause of hemoptysis and pain.
