Brief Answer:
Please provide the tests reports&following information...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. Having a pain sensation all the time on your hands which gets worse if you lift heavy stuff is a case for further investigations.
You are saying that the X-ray, ct-scan and MRI you did resulted normal.

I need to know if all these examinations included only your hand or did the doctors check your vertebral spine too? Can you provide the tests reports so I can analyze them myself?

2. It is normal to feel pain while lifting heavy things; but it is not normal to get pain all the time.
If nothing organic was found, then, we must exclude:
- arthritis
- nerve pathologies
- diabetes

If still nothing is found, then, lack of exercise or using your hands too much (frequent intensive hand-works) can be possible causes to rule out/determine.

3. Vitamins deficiency can also cause hand pain especially if your diet is not healthy enough.

Looking forward to have the requested data in.

Brief Answer:
Full reports by radiologist required;so far, nothing abnormal...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested scanned copies. Is it possible to scan the final reports/assignments made by the radiologist for a complete analysis?

So far, after reviewing the scanned copies of the tests you did, I did not noticed anything abnormal. The complete reports of the respective tests is necessary to make me clarify some points noted on the scanned copies before giving the final conclusions.

Looking forward to have the complete reports too.

Brief Answer:
Electromyography/nerve conduction test advised further

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical duties.

Thank you for providing the requested data although I did not receive the conclusions made from radiologist .

Now, nothing wrong was noted in the reports you provided.

As you still have pain, carpal tunel syndrome could be a possible cause; however, doctors would have excluded from your physical examination.

Electromyography and nerve conduction test are advised to run to rule it completely out.

A complete biochemistry balance is advised to rule out other metabolic causes including vitamins / minerals deficiencies.

All the best! Let me know if you have further questions.
