Question: I have had painfull spasams at the base of my scull on and off for six years now , now i get them two hours or so after haveing two beers

Welcome to Health Care Magic & Thanks for your question.
The spasm you talk about is probably from the muscle attachments at the base of the skull, traversing the neck. Have you had any investigations done? If yes, then do attach the reports so that I can have a look.
If not, then please get a XRay Cervical spine done as well as an MRI of the neck and base of skull. These would be able to tell whether there is any abnormality and what treatment you should take.
