Brief Answer:
large intestine related problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Pain in lower abdomen suggest pelvic organ related conditions.
2) What about your bowel habit, urine frequency and any associated symptoms, appetite?
3) Lower abdominal pain + loose stool is due to inflammation in lower part of large intestine, and this require medical treatment with specific antibiotics.
4) Lower abdominal pain can also be due to constipation and this can be treated with simple treatment for constipation.
5) Lower abdominal pain with burning micturition is associated with stone in ureter (tube which brings urine from kidney to urinary bladder). Although, this is less possible reason.
6) You can take anti-colic group of medication (e.g. Tab Spasmoproxyvon) to get relief from acute episode of pain. Although it is also recommended to you to evaluate cause for it.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
