What Causes Painful Swelling Between Vagina And Anus?

Question: For months I have had a painful swelling between my vagina and anus ,I'm also very dry and get terrible thrush ,constipation makes the pain worse and it feels like I'm splitting with slight blood it also effects how's I pee I've asked my gp for help so many times but I get ignored ,haven't had intercourse for over two years now

Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

Can you describe the swelling? Size, mobility etc

The reason toy get dry and thrush is because you are postmenopausal and low on hormones.

I will advise you to use candidazole pessary and estrogen cream in your vagina.

Can you upload a picture of the swelling so that I have a better idea about what it is
