HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that he may have reactive arthritis though most persons with this condition also have urinary symptoms .

Arthritis refers to inflammation of the joints and it presents with swelling.

Reactive arthritis is diagnosed when a persons present with a history of joint pain, conjunctivitis and urinary symptoms.

It would be best for him to see his doctor for assessment which would include physical examination along with blood tests and imaging.

Treatment mainly consists of pain killers mainly.
Steroids and antibiotics may sometimes be necessary as well.
