Hi,
Thanks for the query.
There are two possibilities in your case-
-It can be due to fungal infection( thrush).
-It can be due to allergy or dermatitis.
Before giving my opinion about it, I want to ask a few questions from you.
Are you having any type of discharge or itching?
Are you having any associated symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
Your symptoms are most probably due to fungal infection and lymph nodes is enlarged because of infection( as you said there is no STD).
You should consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and take antifungal medicine for the same.
You can use 1%hydrocortisone cream for itching.
Maintain vaginal hygiene, avoid use of perfume soap, use cotton undergarments.
Hope it is useful.
Regards
