Question: I have painful torso cramps. They come during sleep or when I am performing a physical activity.
They are extremely painful and come on unexpectedly. They make me very anxious to do anything physical, which is counter productive.

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

This could be due to Electrolyte disturbance.

Drink a glass of fresh Lemonade daily. Take Tablet Neurobion forte and Tablet L Carnitine 500mg daily for 1 month. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol (if at all do).

Apply hot packs to the affected region during or after the cramps.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
