Brief Answer:
Urinary obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Have you tested for prostate enlargement?
You should get Ultrasound scan for enlarged prostate which is around the urethra when it is enlarged it obstructs the flow of urine. YOu may want to urinate because the bladder was full but you cannot or have poor stream. Sometimes urine leaves back in the bladder causing infection.

You would be prescribed a tablet called Tamsulosin which helps the urine restriction by relaxing the bladder wall.
Please see a primary care doctor for urine test, scan, follow up and blood work up.
