I'm on a generic form of Bactrim I'm not sure of the dosage it says 800-160 mg. Yes I still have all of the symptoms. Today was the first time I could see blood in my urine. I worry that the eye infection and other symptoms are related. I was tested for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Trich. Are there any other Std's that might cause these sympyoms?
Brief Answer:
Stop this drug and report to your doctor!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive of a possible allergic reaction to Bactrim. I will suggest that you stop this drug and report these symptoms to your doctor for evaluation and treatment. You might need new antibiotics to address the UTI and not Bactrim.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
