Brief Answer:
Rather than STD, urinary tract infection is likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Rather than STD, urinary tract bacterial infection is likely.
Itching or burning during peeing is indicative of lower urinary tract infection.
Routine urine analysis can help to confirm this.
Ask him to drink lots of water, this can flush off infection. If symptoms increase oral antibiotics would be needed.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
Thank you.

So it can also itch inside to? And he has a itchy anus
Brief Answer:
It won't cause itch in anus.
Detailed Answer:
It won't cause itch in anus.
I think he needs to check for skin fungal infection in region of anus.
But itching while peeing is quite typical of UTI.
These seem two different issues.
If your suspicion levels are high, avoid close contact with him or use protection.
Ideal step is to get a clinical evaluation and urine analysis done for him.
Regards
