This is a chalazion and by this time it will be painless.
We wait for a while for this to resolve so that surgical intervention is not required.
Antibiotic eye ointment like Neosporine to be applied at bed time for a few weeks. This helps in this nodule to resolve.
If it does not resolve then surgical remove is the last option
