What Causes Painless Red Spots On The Tip Of The Penis?
Question: There are red dots under the head on my penis, along the shaft. They are not in cluster form and not painful.

This is not suggestive of a disease condition and doses not require any specific treatment unless you hate the look. Thank you. I was concerned if it was a STD. Would you think this occurred from different soaps I have used and/or the humidity from this summer? Also, I have been applying bacitracin and aquaphor. Should I stop applying?
