What Causes Pale And Itchy Colourless Skin On Scrotum And Penis Base?

Question: I have pale colourless skin down the sides of my scrotum and up the middle and at the bottom of my penis base which is very itchy and easy irritated, I also have patches of white through my pubic hair which made me think it is vitiligo but the itch is always there, i went to the doctors but he thought it was definitely vitiligo but it's to itchy I have tried using hydrocortisone which the doctor subscribed to me but it just irritated my skin as do lamsil and other fungal creams I've tried thanks

It is characterized by depigmented skin which is severly itchy.

Vitiligo with fungal infection

Thanks for the photographs.
It's not lichen sclerosis.
It is a patch of vitiligo on top of which you have developed fungal infection.
First treatment of fungal infection is required.
I treat such cases with a combination of topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole and oral antifungal like itraconazole.
You can start this medication in consultation with your doctor.
It is safe and effective.
