Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be anything serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Palpitations are very common with anxiety. It is important to understand that anxiety can present with not only psychological symptoms but also with physical or bodily symptoms. Rapid heart rate (palpitations), chest tightness or discomfort, etc. can are all commonly seen in people with anxiety.

Moreover, you have mentioned that you have had your heart checked a few years ago and it was fine. So, it is unlikely that you are having any serious problem. So, you can relax and not worry about it too much.

Wish you all the best.
