Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having skin lesions involving the eye.
This can be because of lid infections like blepharitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics in the form of eye ointment.
If possible do send a photo of the affected eye, so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you more accurately.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
With regards

Brief Answer:
This does not looks like typical scabies lesion.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.
Thank you for the follow up question
I reviewed your history and the photo attached with the question.
It looks like you are having red lesions on the face. If you are having intense itching associated with them, then it can be because of scabies as you are suspecting. However characteristic burrowing line like lesions seen in scabies is absent from the photo.
The second thing which needs to be ruled out is inflammatory lesions on the face.
However this requires examination by a skin specialist for confirmation of diagnosis.
The blurring of vision and nasal bleeds does not appear to be related with this condition.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this is helpful to you.
