What Causes Partial Hair Loss From Center Of Head?

Probably androgenetic alopecia
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,Welcome.
Thanks for being at HealthCareMagic .
You must be having androgenetic alopecia which has genetic basis and occurs in predisposed individuals.
It is characterised by recession of the frontal hair line along with loss of hair from the central portion.
I would recommend you to upload a picture of your head so that the diagnosis can be confirmed.
In such cases I recommend my patients to start with MINOXIDIL 5 percent solution 1ml twice daily on the affected areas of the scalp along with tablet finasteride 1 mg daily.
This needs to be continued for 4-5 months to see any significant improvement and for atleast 1 year to see maximum response.
I hope to have answered your query and would have happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Detailed Answer:
Hi!!! I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You are having androgenetic alopecia. It is not necessary that all of members of the family will have the same problem. The disease may manifest in few members only.
Start with application of minoxidil 5 percent solution 1ml twice daily along with tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily. Continue this for 4 months and revert back.
