Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
The color of the stool is greatly influenced by the foods you eat. There are many foods that can alter the color of stool making them green .Most common foods include :green leafy vegetables, green food coloring including flavored drinks, iron supplements.
Drinking Blue Gatorades is the cause of your green stool.
Since you don't have diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, mucus and blood in stool, you have nothing to worry about.
You can stop drinking colored drinks and your stool will be back at normal color in 1-2 days.
Hope it helps.
