Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to hyper active gastrocolic reflex

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Passing of stools immediately after intake of food suggest the possibility of hyperactive Gastrocolic reflex. Distension of stomach by food causes evacuation of stools in colon . The cause is less likely to be due to associated Diverticulitis. Diverticulitis usually causes loos stools associated with blood/mucous along with pain and fever.

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure small quantity of meals more frequently. As this will prevent sudden distension of stomach

2. Avoid tea/coffee / caffeinated/alcoholic beverages

3. Avoid oily food

4. Trial of anti motility drugs like Loperamide is worth considering

Do consult your physician if symptoms persist.
