Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking dark, thickened and peeled at places.
There are 2 possibilities: either hand eczema or acanthosis nigricans.
I need to ask you few questions:
Are the palms also involved?
Are you having diabetes, hypothyroidism or any other ailment?
Are you overweight?
Are you taking any medicines?
Have you used or applied anything new on the hands?
Are you having any previous history of eczema?
Kindly revert back with the answers.
Moreover it is very difficult to comment whether it can be associated with cancer by just looking at it.

Brief Answer:
Hand eczema and its management
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it is looking like hand eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream or betamethasone cream on the affected areas of the hands twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides these use a moisturising cream containing white paraffin frequently and liberally on the entire hands.
Also avoid frequent washing of hands, wear gloves while washing and cutting, avoid using soap and stay away from chemicals.
