Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
Thanks for writing in to us at hcm.
This is Dr.Riyanka and I am glad to be helping you with your query.
Your condition is suggestive of a fungal infection (Tinea Pedis) of the right foot. The causative organism for such infections are dermatophytes which can affect one leg or both legs.
Fungal infection can lead to scaly skin , blisters and bumps resembling pimples.
Kindly visit your dermatologist. The following over the counter antifungal cream may be helpful:
1. Topical Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% cream to be applied in the affected areas for 1 month.
2. Apply Antifungal powders containing Miconazole nitrate 2% to be applied in the mornings and at night after washing the feet with antiseptic soaps and drying it.
Try the treatment for 2 weeks. If the blisters dont heal within 2 weeks kindly visit your dermatologist again.
Keep your feet clean and hygienic.
Use sandals as footwear to avoid sweating.
Avoid plastic sandals.
Tenia Pedis does spread through direct or indirect contact so please maintain foot hygiene.
Hope this answers your query. Don't worry .
Do write back if you have any further doubts.
Get well soon
Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
