Brief Answer:
Symptoms of endometriosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about the symptoms you are suffering.

Following is my reply:

1) Let me reassure you that these are not symptoms of ovarian cancer or any other dangerous disease.

2) These are typical signs of endometriosis which you are suffering from and nothing else.

3) IF the pain is too severe, you need to go ahead with laparoscopic removal of endometriotic lesions and cyst for long term relief.

4) If you are not willing for laparoscopic surgery, you can go for gnRH injections which reduce the pelvic pain due to endometriosis.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya

Hi,

It is possible to have the endometriosis pain due to endometriosis spots causing pain. Laparsoscopy can identify these.
