What Causes Pelvic Pain With Chills, Vomiting And Low Grade Temperature?
Question: belly button pain now in lower right pelvic pain on/off had showed CT scan normal. vomiting, low grade temp, chills etc. pain is squeezing pressure maybe my ovary
This can be appendicitis. Sometimes, if CT is done in early stage can not diagnose it. Please have blood work done (even if it was done before).

what will blood test show? my wbc was elevated 2 days ago. I'm naseous still not throwing up but I can barely eat without getting sick and pain. would pain come and go with appendix or could it be something else. what can I do for the pain etc
Brief Answer:
This really looks like appendicitis.
Detailed Answer:
Blood test can give the information about inflammation. Elevated WBC indicate some inflammation. We can compare it with recent blood work and see if it rises or not. If it does, the inflammation is getting worse.
Elevated WBC and lower right abdominal pain are strong indicators of appendicitis. Even if CT is negative. Nausea is just another sign of appendicitis. You should also have accelerated heart rate (over 100).
The pain can come and go.
I suggest you to get back to ER.

I have a naturally fast heart rate of 105 range..drs here are more test prone for results than anything else.. I'm not sure it's my ovary possibly or my appendix it's right in my pelvic area.
Brief Answer:
Please visit ER.
Detailed Answer:
There is no "naturally fast heart rate". Not at all. If anyone tells you that 105 is fine, he is not right. Your heart rate is too fast. There must be some reason of that. Heart problem can be causing it. You should visit cardiologist.
But first of all you need to have appendicitis treatment. Please note that ovaries are clearly visible in the CT. So this makes it less probable than appendicitis.
ER visit is really necessary.
