Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this blood that you have reported. My immediate guess is that there are possibly some fragile veins/blood vessels in the urethra that can easily bleed as pressure and tension increases especially during sex and ejaculation. If the scopes didn't find this, they they were certainly not engorged the way the do during sex as a result of increased blood inflow and decreased outflow. On another note, I will like to know for how long this has been going on and whether you have this all the times or only happens some of the times.
Treatment would probably need cauterization. This is clearly not an infection cipro will not help. However, I am not sure it is worth traumatizing a fragile urethra to cauterize veins/abnormal vasculatures because of the risk of blockage after this. Discuss this with your urologist and let's hear what they have to say.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is clearly not a typical and commonly encountered daily disease condition. I will side with you to reduce biking and let’s see what happens. However, there is no immediate threat to your health/life and will like you to exercise patience and calm as we try various lifestyle modifications and gather more information to address this.
I wish you well.
