What Causes Penile Burning Sensation During Urination?

Question: I am a 45 yo male and have noticed a slight burning in my penis when I pee and a fowl smell, it went away for a day or so and now is back with revenge it now burns like crazy and blood drops come out at the end and I also noticed all day that it looked like blood clots coming out but while taking a shower I noticed them to be bloody and fleshy and my stomach has almost doubled in size the last almost 2 days. thx

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
