What Causes Penile Discharge After Getting Sexually Aroused?

Question: Hello doctor,
I am 27 years old male. I am married with a child. But I am confused over 1 thing. Whenever I see any hot photo/movie, I sense some liquid is passed from my penis involuntarily. When I check underwear it is almost similar to urine and not like sperm or even does not look like pre cum.
I wanted to know what can be that and how can I distinguish pre cum with urine. Also does sperm come out without intention.
I come from religious family and do take bath after sex. So I remain confused that should I take bath when I sense that liquid coming out.
I know my query may sound stupid but it means a lot to me as I regularly visit temples.

Brief Answer:
You are having fluid for lubrication on arousal

Urine can't come out on arousal as arousal stimulates urethral glands to secrete this fluid . It helps in lubrication of passage .Sometime, it may look like urine . The ph of urine is acidic and precum is alkaline. Sperms may come out without intention like in sleep ( night discharge) or with precum also, some sperms may come out . Taking or not taking a bath after arousa is a personal decision but it is unlikely to be urine. Don't feel shy and your concern is not stupid .

Dear Sir,
My tip of penis sometimes gets sticked to my underwear. After I remove it sometimes I found a drop of urine/precum on underwear or sometimes it is dry.
Can you please tell me what makes it to stick. Is it due to pre cum or lubrication fluid. It sticks even when I am not aroused.
Brief Answer:
It is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It is precum, sometimes due to minimal arousal that sticks on the undergarment. Nothing to worry, it is normal
