Question: A walk in clinic found that I had peribronchial cuffing on my x ray. my doctor never saw the x ray but feels that it could be caused by asthma. he has been treating me with symbacort 160 2 puffs twice a day. loratidine 10 m one time a day. singular at dinner, one time a day. I have been on treatment for six days with mild improvement. I have never smoked in my life, but ive been exsposeds to second hand smoke for 18 years. ive been in a smoke free enviorment for 3 years and will be 21 next month. My doctor orderd a chest ct to look at the lungs and see whats going on, im waiting to do the ct. I had an ekg,ecg, and an echo all came back normal. echo was done 10 days before peri bronchial cuffing was found. xray says " peri-bronchial cuffing or edema, lungs were otherwise clear. the walk in clinic thought I had a case of acute bronchitis, my doctor thought it could be asthma and is still betting on that. another issue that ive been having is anytime I try to masterbate, I get shakey and feel like falling over.
so my questions are
1 what besides asthma can cause peribronchial cuffing in my case that is not asthma and what are the odds that is causing my problem.
2. how long with treatment should it take for peribrocnhial cuffing to heal, is copd likely? my sepitometer peek flow was 525 when it was discovered (peribronchial cuffing)
3. My doctor orderd an mri of the brain, will this reveal any problem that can be causing my masterbating issue? also what are some possiable causes?
4. could this be a heart issue?
based on the information given, is this likely a heart issue or cancer, or even copd or a blood clot

I had an echo cardiogram, an ecg and an ekg. these tests were all normal, this surely rules out heart failure right? my doctor is sending me for brain mri without contrast, a chest ct with contrast and an ultrasound of my cartid arteries in my neck. So as far as the issue with masterbating goes, what can be a cause of that? I use to masterbate twice a day, but now haven't masterbated or had sex in over a month. everytime I try to masterbate as soon as I start to develop an erection I feel weak and almost faint, however interestingly enough, I will wake up with an erection in the morning, what could this mean? does this even make sense? also my dad had artherialselorsis and died of an overdose of street drugs at 45.
