What Causes Permanent Grey Pencil Mark In Hand Long After Injury?

Question: Are pencil marks dangerous?
I was very little (about 10 years old) that while playing with my classmate she accidentally put the tip of a pencil in my hand. I removed it immediately however after a few days i realized that i had a light grey mark about 0.5 cm on my hand. A dermatologist opened it and found nothing inside. Now 15 years later the mark is still there! Can it become dangerous in the future?
