What Causes Persistent Abdominal Discomfort And Fatigue?
Question: I feel like my abdomen is going to explode. It started with some stomach discomfort yesterday afternoon. I felt uncomfortable after dinner and didn't eat anything later. I am also tired and lethargic. I recently had followup colonoscopy, EGD, and small bowel series after being hospitalized in January with internal bleeding (initially thought to be perforated ulcer, but discounted by the time I was released). All my recent tests and blood work are normal (vitamin D deficiency - script for that). All the blood pooled in my abdomen. Lethargy and tiredness since January. Four small bowel movements today, normal movements on previous days
I will not be able to contact my doctor until Monday. Should I visit Urgent Care?

You should visit the nearest emergency room.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and I appreciate your concern.
Yes, a visit to the emergency room is a safe idea. An ultra sound should be done there to rule out any possible rebleed or blood collection or any ascites.
As discomfort in the abdomen is persistent and you are feeling fatigued. Bleeding can be involved in this case.
I think its a better idea to visit the nearest emergency and get an ultrasound done at the earliest.
Please do follow up with the reports of ultrasound.
Best Wishes.
