Question: Sir, i am having stomach pain only during night for the last 5 yrs which was undiagnosed. All the test were done that is endoscopy, blood test, ultrasound but all normal therafter. Doctor's advise to avoid spicy foods and follow routine saying hyperacidity.after following all pain reoccur several times.then one doctor advise zental tablets thought to be worms in stomach. After taking medicine pain did not occur for 01 year eating all things.agian after 01 year pain reoccur.

You were asymptomatic for 1 year and the pain started again. This indicates, as per your history about worm hence take one more dose and repeat after 15 days. You have to take this medicine on empty stomach.
Before taking Zentel, please send stool sample for tests for three consecutive days.
