What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain While Having Intestinal Swelling?

Question: I am 45 year old male earlier I was diagnosed with swollen intestine which in 2nd ct totally venish but still having mild pain in stomach my ige level earlier 563 then in next 463 and current report 365 I have allergic to certain foods report attached
I am having following medicine
1.prebiotic 2ice daily
2.zopene 1 daily
3.nuroday p 1 in night
4. Clonazapam 1 night
5.concor am 5 once night
6.tryptomer 25mg night
7. Fenotog Plus 160 mg at night.
Crp normal 3 lft normal colonoscopy endoscopy ultra sound all normal.

I can understand your concern.
Since your all reports are normal, no need to worry for much for this.
And IgE level of these is not suggestive of allergic disease.
When IgE level is in thousands (more than 1000),it should be considered as high.
So I don't think your pain is due to bowel allergy.
In my opinion, you are mostly having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

2. Are you having alternate diarrhoea and constipation?

yes doc lot of anxiety sometime stick stool n sometime did not have stool for 2 days or hard stool
one medicine which I also take normaxin 1 daily.

So possibility of IBS is more in your case.

yes I have and he advice me that else yu are normal so go with the medicine as prescribe by yur gastrointestinal n nuro doc if yu would like to add anything with the prescription let me know regards.Hi doc
I am a lecturer I control my anxiety with medicine n meditation my mind is totally stable.
I feel needle or drill like pain near intestinal region 2 to 3 times daily
Here the doc says it's due to elevated ige level but they did not add any medicine for it.
If yu feel some alteration in medicine or want to add some new medicine let me know.

Thanks for your follow up question on HCM. I can understand your concern. You are taking all drugs for IBS,stress and anxiety.
In addition to these drugs,you can try oral combination of anti histamine and anti allergic drugs. It is easily available in the market. Dosing is once daily at night time before sleep.
