Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, an MRI of the of the lumbosacral spine is required to determine the cause of this back pain especially if its not getting relieved with NSAIDs. Etoricoxib, tizanidine and tramadol can be advised for the time being to control the pain. A herniated disc, vertebral compression should be ruled out in such severe lower back pain at age 59.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
