Brief Answer:
Urgent USG, REPORT of this will be of help to narrow down the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM forum. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern.

I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not worry.

2 ) I will suggest you to get USG whole Abdomen done as soon as possible. This will help to know the exact cause of the bleeding. Sometimes some tissue of pregnancy stuck up to uterine wall can cause bleeding.

3 ) I am sure that you must have taken proper course of antibiotics after the surgical procedure.

Please take rest, drink plenty of water in the meantime.

Please get back to me if you have any further queries.

All things will be fine in the due course of time.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
